1. Who we are and how to contact us

This website presents graphic design, logo design, visual identity, business card and related creative services under the name QB Studio. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message. The business’s registered legal name and business address should be confirmed before this policy is treated as final legal documentation.

2. Information we collect

  • Project inquiries: your name, email address, the service you select, and the information you voluntarily submit in the message field.
  • Project correspondence: briefs, files, feedback, billing information and communication that you provide if we work together.
  • Technical data: basic server and security logs, such as IP address, browser details and request timestamps, may be processed by WordPress, hosting and security systems.

Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, government identity documents or other highly sensitive information through the website contact form.

3. How and why we use information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver agreed services, communicate about projects, maintain site security and comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the relevant basis may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, a legitimate business interest in responding to customers and protecting the website, or a legal obligation.

4. Contact form and email handling

Messages submitted through the contact form are sent to the website administrator by email. The form does not provide a secure customer portal. Do not include confidential passwords or full financial account information. Email and hosting providers may process data on our behalf to deliver and store communications.

5. Payments

The current website is an inquiry-based design-services site and does not collect payment card information directly. Any payment processor introduced later will process payment data under its own privacy and security terms. We will update this policy when our payment flow changes.

6. Sharing information

Information may be shared with providers necessary for hosting, email, professional services or project fulfillment, or where required by law. We do not sell contact-form information. We do not publish a client’s confidential project brief without permission.

7. Cookies

WordPress and hosting infrastructure may use essential cookies or similar technical storage for administration, functionality and security. See our Cookie Policy. No marketing or analytics service is currently advertised as part of this site; any new tracking should be disclosed before activation.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries, fulfill projects, manage disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. We use HTTPS and reasonable access controls, but no internet transmission or email system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request a copy of information you supplied. To exercise a right, contact us through the contact page. We may need to verify your request and may retain records where legally required.

10. Children and external links

Our services are intended for business customers, not directed at children. Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites’ privacy notices.

11. Updates

We may revise this policy when our business practices, services or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated on this page.
