Our services are custom graphic design projects. Deliverables are normally provided digitally, according to the agreed brief and project schedule.
1. How an order is placed
Contact us through the project inquiry form. We review your requirements and provide a written proposal that identifies deliverables, pricing, transaction currency, revision rounds, expected time frame and any deposit or payment milestones. Sending an inquiry does not create a paid order.
2. Project process
- Discovery: share objectives, references, existing branding and required uses.
- Proposal and confirmation: agree in writing on scope, price, currency and schedule.
- Concept and development: receive designs for feedback according to the agreed review schedule.
- Approval and delivery: after final approval and satisfaction of applicable payment terms, receive the agreed output files.
3. Delivery method
Digital files are normally sent to the project contact by email or through an agreed file-sharing link. Deliverable formats may include PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG or other agreed formats. Editable source files are supplied only if included in the written proposal.
4. Delivery timing
Because projects vary in complexity, no single fixed delivery period applies to every order. The project proposal states a target schedule. Delays caused by changed scope, late feedback or external suppliers will be communicated and revised with the customer.
5. Physical printing and shipping
Website listings for business cards, brochures and packaging primarily refer to design services. Physical printing, manufacturing and shipping are not automatically included. If a proposal includes them, it will set out printing quantities, production or shipping charges, destinations, estimated delivery dates and responsibility for damaged or lost shipments before purchase.
6. Corrections and problems
If files cannot be accessed, are missing, or do not match the confirmed deliverable specification, contact us through the contact page. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable correction or other remedy under the agreement and applicable law.
7. Support
For project updates or delivery questions, use our contact form and include the project name and contact email. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains what happens if a project is cancelled.
