THE IMPORTANT DETAILS / QB STUDIO

Terms & Conditions.

Effective November 4, 2026

1. Services and proposals

QB Studio offers services including logo design, brand identity, business cards, print layouts, packaging concepts and digital marketing graphics. A website inquiry is a request for information, not a confirmed booking or purchase. A project begins only after the scope, deliverables, price, currency, schedule and payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

2. Scope, revisions and timelines

Each proposal should specify the number of initial concepts and revision rounds, required source or export files, and expected milestones. Requests beyond an agreed scope may require a revised quotation. Project timelines are estimates dependent on timely customer feedback, access to required materials and any third-party approvals.

3. Prices and payments

Services are quoted individually. The project quotation or invoice states the total price, transaction currency, payment due dates, any deposit, and applicable taxes or additional fees before the customer agrees. The site does not currently offer an online checkout or recurring subscription. Payment methods, if offered, will be explained on the relevant invoice or payment page before a charge is made.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate information, appropriate brand assets, clear feedback and necessary approvals. Customers should only supply content or materials that they have the right to use. We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate copy or content approved by a customer, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Proofs and approval

We may send mockups or proof files for review. Please review spelling, names, dimensions and other details before final approval. Any additional changes after an approved final delivery may be separately quoted, except where correction is required by law or under the agreed service terms.

6. Intellectual property and licenses

Ownership and permitted use of final, paid-for deliverables should be set out in the written project agreement. Until otherwise agreed, draft concepts, working files and unused design directions remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party fonts, photos, templates and other licensed elements may carry separate license terms. No trademark registration or exclusivity is promised unless specifically agreed.

7. Portfolio permission and confidentiality

We respect confidential customer information. Use of completed work in our public portfolio should be governed by the project’s written confidentiality and publicity terms or the customer’s permission.

8. Cancellation, refunds and digital delivery

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy explain the standard process and are part of these terms, subject to any applicable consumer rights and the signed project agreement.

9. Availability, third parties and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party providers such as printers, hosting companies or stock libraries are subject to their own terms. Nothing here excludes liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Any limitation of liability beyond what law permits must be stated in the individual signed agreement.

10. Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, please use the contact page so we can attempt to resolve it. The governing law, legal business identity and any mandatory dispute forum should be specified in the project agreement and reviewed for the company’s actual place of registration; these website terms do not invent a jurisdiction or waive mandatory customer protections.

11. Changes

We may update website terms for future engagements. Material changes to an existing project will not replace an already agreed written contract without the parties’ agreement.
